1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to use the Services. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Your account

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register, and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for every action taken under your account. Please notify us at support@pyyor.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used to abuse promotions or coupons, or pose a security risk to other users.

3. Product listings, pricing, taxes, and orders

• Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, taxes, and delivery charges are shown as clearly as we reasonably can at the time of listing.
• Product images are illustrative. Colour, texture, hand-finishing, weight, and small design details may vary within reasonable tolerances due to lighting, screen settings, batch differences, and manufacturing variation.
• All prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable GST unless we state otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract of sale is formed only when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order (and refund you in full) for reasons that include suspected fraud, coupon abuse, unusually large or reseller-scale quantities, a pricing error, or an inventory mismatch.
• Coupons, promotions, and free-shipping thresholds are subject to their published rules and may be revised or withdrawn without notice, except for orders already placed under the earlier terms.
• Cash on delivery (COD), where offered, may be limited by order value, product category, or serviceable pin code, and may require phone verification.

4. Payments

We accept prepaid payments through our payment partner Cashfree and, where offered, cash on delivery. When you pay online you are transacting on Cashfree's secure infrastructure; we do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials.

5. Delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds

The timelines, windows, and process for cancellation, returns, refunds, and shipping are set out in full on our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy pages. Those pages are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system, or interfere with security or performance.
• Do not scrape, mass-download, or automate access to Pyyor beyond what a normal customer session would generate.
• Do not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or provide false information.
• Do not resell Pyyor products at retail through third-party marketplaces without our prior written consent.
• Do not use the Services for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

We may investigate and take appropriate action for any violation, including removing content, suspending or terminating your access, reversing transactions, and reporting to law enforcement.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, together with our brand, logos, designs, product photography, product descriptions, software, and other content, are owned by Pyyor Enterprises Private Limited or our licensors and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except where the law expressly allows.

8. Third-party services and links

The Services integrate with third-party services (for example Cashfree for payments, Shiprocket for logistics, Google or Apple for sign-in, Google Maps or OpenStreetMap for delivery pins). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Pyyor is not responsible for third-party websites or services you access through links on our platform.

9. Category-specific terms

9.1 Pyyor Sparkle (Jewellery)

• Weights (including stone and metal weight) and dimensions may vary within small manufacturing tolerances.
• Natural stones may have visible inclusions or minor colour variation. These are natural characteristics and are not defects.
• Hallmarks or certifications, where offered, are described on the individual product page and reproduced on the invoice. Do not assume certifications that are not explicitly stated.
• Follow the care instructions we provide (avoid chemicals, water, and impact). Damage arising from misuse, ordinary wear-and-tear, or improper storage is not covered by return or refund except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

9.2 Pyyor Wear (Clothing)

• Sizing can vary by style and fabric. Please review the size guide on the product page before ordering.
• Minor colour variation between the product photo and delivered item can occur due to screen settings and dye-lot differences.
• Returns are only accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags intact, in the original packaging.

9.3 Pyyor Eat (Food)

• Food items may contain allergens (including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy). Always check the product description and the packaging before consuming.
• Perishable and consumable goods generally cannot be cancelled after dispatch or returned after delivery, except for quality issues or wrong items. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for exact windows.
• Follow the storage and handling instructions on the label. We are not responsible for spoilage or quality degradation due to improper storage after delivery.

9.4 Pyyor AI (Digital experiences)

• Pyyor AI experiences are provided as digital services. Generated outputs (for example custom designs) may vary in appearance and cannot be refunded on the grounds of subjective preference, once delivered.
• If the AI experience fails to produce a deliverable due to a technical fault on our side, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for that experience.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities, and we exclude implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyyor and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific transaction that gave rise to the claim in the three months before it arose, or, where no payment was involved, to Rs. 1,000. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pyyor Enterprises Private Limited and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or content you upload, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Grievance and dispute resolution

Before starting formal proceedings, please write to our Grievance Officer at support@pyyor.com with a full description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and work to resolve it within 30 days, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to your non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Courts at Sultanpur, Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. We do not require consumers to submit disputes to binding arbitration.

14. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform an obligation under these Terms to the extent caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government action, pandemics, internet outages, or courier disruptions.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will bump the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app message. Continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Services.
